SC Refuses to Take PIL on Suicides by Farmers - 09.02.2016

Supreme Court has refused to entertain a PIL raising issue of farmers’ suicide in the country and seeking direction for Centre to implement recommendation of an expert body to fix Minimum Support Price (MSP) for all agricultural products.
