NCLAT Prepones Summer Vacation from April 26 to May 20 - 20.04.2021

National Company Law Appellate Tribunal has modified its calendar for summer vacation of this year in light of the recent surge in Covid-19 cases throughout the Country. The Competent Authority of the NCLAT has resolved to prepone the summer vacations from 26th April to 20th May from the earlier notified schedule of 7th to 30th June.
