SC Seeks CBDT, SFIO Reports on Mohammad Iqbal - 09.02.2016

SC, after being informed by Enforcement Directorate (ED) that it had found evidence linking former MLC Mohammad Iqbal of BSP to the National Rural Health Mission scam in UP, has sought reports from Serious Fraud Investigation Office (SFIO), ED and Central Board of Direct Taxes(CBDT) on him.
