Calcutta HC Shows Concern on “Syndicate” - 09.02.2016

Calcutta HC has irked on "syndicate" in Bengal, pointing out that it has not spared even judiciary. “Syndicate” is colloquialism for construction material cartels run with alleged backing of a section of ruling party leaders that force contractors to buy inferior building materials at high price.
