Karnataka HC: Right to Lead Healthy Life Cannot be Obstructed by People Not Following Covid Protocol - 16.04.2021

Karnataka High Court has said Right to lead a healthy life is an integral part of Article 21 of the Constitution of India, 1949 and cannot be obstructed by individuals who do not bother to follow the rules regarding masks, maintaining social distance, congregating etc.
