SC Directs Forwarding of Report in ISRO Espionage Case to CBI - 15.04.2021

Supreme Court has directed that the report submitted by Justice DK Jain Committee regarding the erring officials who implicated scientist Dr Nambi Narayanan in the ISRO Espionage case be forwarded to the Central Bureau of Investigation for further action. The Court has directed the CBI to report to the Supreme Court the decision taken on the enquiry report within three months.
