SC Dismisses SLP Seeking Stay of Dismantling of Decommissioned ‘INS Viraat’ - 13.04.2021

Supreme Court has dismissed the SLP filed by a private firm seeking for the staying of the dismantling of decommissioned Indian Navy aircraft carrier 'INS Viraat' and handing it over to them for conversion into a maritime museum.
