SC Poses Question on Relevant Authority for Applications Seeking Registration of Vehicles - 12.04.2021

Supreme Court has posed a question as to which authority should it refer the applications seeking registration of vehicles to, in the case of MC Mehta v. Union of India, seeking the registration of CNG vehicles, BS-IV compliant vehicles and BS-VI compliant vehicles being used for essential public utility services.
