AAR, UP: CSR Expenses Incurred in Course of Business Eligible for Input Tax Credit - 12.04.2021

Authority for Advance Ruling (AAR), Uttar Pradesh has ruled that the corporate social responsibility expenses are incurred by a company in the course of business and are eleigible for input tax credit under goods and services tax regulations.
