SC Allows Impleadment of UP, Haryana in Plea of Noida Resident Alleging Issues in Commutation - 09.04.2021

Supreme Court has allowed the impleadment of States of Uttar Pradesh and Haryana in a writ petition filed a resident of Noida who alleged that her commute from Noida to Delhi was taking her two hours instead of the usual 20 minutes due to road blockades.
