SC Issues Notice on Thwaha Fasal's Plea Challenging Bail Cancellation in UAPA Case - 09.04.2021

Supreme Court has issued notice on the special leave petition filed by Kerala youth Thwaha Fasal, booked under the Unlawful Activities (Prevention) Act, 1967 for alleged Maoist links, challenging the Kerala High Court's judgment which set aside the bail granted to him by the trial court.
