Patna HC Grants Compensation to Father of Boy Who Died in Munger Maa Durga Pooja Firing Accident - 08.04.2021

Patna High Court has granted Rs. 10 lakh as compensation to the father of a 18 years old boy who died in October, 2020 in the Munger Maa Durga Pooja firing incident, holding that the State has a duty to protect the life of its citizens.
