Voting rights to be given to enclave dwellers

Whereas India and Bangladesh executed an enclave exchange last year, the Indian government is preparing to grant voting rights to former enclave dwellers who came to be settled in India after the swap. Realigning the legislative regime is hoped to be done before assembly elections are held in West Bengal later this year.
