CBIC Notifies Customs (Verification of Identity and Compliance) Regulations, 2021 - 07.04.2021

Central Board of Indirect Taxes and Customs (CBIC) has notified the Customs (Verification of Identity and Compliance) Regulations, 2021, which will be applicable to Importers; Exporters; and Customs Brokers who are newly engaging in import or export activity.
