Jammu & Kashmir High Court Decides to Suspend Physical Hearing in All Courts - 06.04.2021

Jammu & Kashmir High Court has decided to 'keep in abeyance' its plan to resume physical hearing of cases till 18th April, 2021, keeping in view the sudden surge in COVID-19 infection cases in the Country in general and in Union Territories of Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh in particular.
