Karnataka HC: Prior Environmental Clearance Not Needed for Widening Work of NH 4-A - 06.04.2021

Karnataka High Court has held that prior environmental clearance is not needed for the widening work of the 82 kilometres stretch of National Highway 4-A in the State of Karnataka in terms of the EIA Notification dated August 22, 2013.
