Delhi HC: Private Doctors Submitting Sketchy Medical Reports Guilty of Fabricating False Evidence - 06.04.2021

Delhi High Court has observed that the medical reports filed by the jail doctors should be explicit and must explain the complex medical terms used not just in medical jargon but also in simple language.
