MP HC Directs Govt. to Issue Guidelines to Strictly Adhere to Provisions of NSA Act - 05.04.2021

Madhya Pradesh High Court has issued a slew of directions for the State Government to strictly adhere to the provisions of the National Security Act, 1980, highlighting that in many cases, on account of procedural lapses in following due process of law, the orders of preventive detention passed on justified grounds suffer annulment.
