Bombay HC Directs IO to Take Corrective Measures in Sexual Assault Case - 05.04.2021

Bombay High Court has directed the Investigating officer to take corrective measures and trace the victim girl in an incident wherein a girl, who was allegedly sexually assaulted and ravaged was left on a railway platform.
