Karnataka High Court : No Requirement to Serve Notice Under Certificate of Posting - 30.03.2021

Karnataka High Court has said that service of notice through a registered post is proper service of notice, under section Section 138 of Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 and there is no requirement to serve the notice under certificate of posting.
