Allahabad HC Directs UP Govt to File Response Seeking Implementation of Manual Scavenging Law - 26.03.2021

Allahabad High Court has directed the Uttar Pradesh Government to file its response in a plea moved seeking implementation of the provisions of the Prohibition of Employment as Manual Scavengers and their Rehabilitation Act, 2013 in the State of Uttar Pradesh.
