SC: Paragraph 3A of Foreign Tribunal Order Attracted Where Proceedee Fails to Appear - 25.03.2021

Supreme Court has stated that Paragraph 3A of the Foreigners (Tribunal) Order, 1964, in so far as it contemplates a period of 30 days to apply to the Tribunal to set aside an ex parte order, would be attracted only where the service of notice was duly effected and the proceedee still failed to appear.
