Allahabad HC Issues Notice on Plea to Quash Criminal Proceedings Against Dr. Kafeel Khan - 24.03.2021

Allahabad High Court has issued notice to the Uttar Pradesh Government on a petition moved by Dr. Kafeel Khan seeking to quash the criminal proceedings started against him for his alleged inflammatory speech delivered at Aligarh Muslim University (AMU).
