SC: Powers and Functions of Ministries Do Not Get Transferred to NDMA in National Disaster - 24.03.2021

Supreme Court has observed that the powers and functions of Ministries do not get transferred to the National Disaster Management Authority in the event of a national disaster, in the loan moratorium case.
