Delhi HC Seeks Reply on IndiaMart's Plea for Contempt of Order on Copyright Infringement - 24.03.2021

Delhi High Court has issued notice to Just Dial Ltd and its Managing Director seeking their replies to a contempt application by IndiaMart InterMesh Ltd for alleged infringement of a prior copyright order in favour of IndiaMart. The Court has also directed for a senior officer of Just Dial to remain personally present in the Court on the next date of hearing.
