Delhi Court Affirms Conviction of AAP MLA Somnath Bharti in AIIMS Assault Case - 24.03.2021

Delhi Court has affirmed the conviction of Aam Aadmi Party Member of Legislative Assembly, Somnath Bharti in the AIIMS Assault Case under Section 147 read with Section 149 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 along with Section 3 of Prevention of Damage to Public Property Act, 1984. The Court has set aside his conviction under Sections 323, 353 read with Section 149 of the IPC.
