Karnataka High Court Quashes Notification Releasing Forest Land - 24.03.2021

Karnataka High Court has struck down an order/notification issued by the state government by which it purported to release a total of 260 acres forming a part of a reserve forest to the revenue department for rehabilitating project affected families in the forest lands.
