Court Slams Compensation of Rs. 12 Lakhs in Motor Vehicle Accident Case - 08.02.2016

A trial court, while ordering a compensation of over Rs 12 lakh for family members of auto-driver, who was killed in road-accident due to rash and negligent driving by a man who had two driving licences (but both fake), has irked over people obtaining fake driving licences and rise in accidents.
