Delhi HC Stays Single Judge Order Upholding Emergency Award in Reliance-Future Case - 22.03.2021

Delhi High Court has stayed the operation of a Single-Judge bench order which had upheld an Emergency Award by a Singapore Tribunal against the contested Reliance-Future Retail Ltd retail stake sale deal worth nearly Rs.25, 000 Crores.
