Calcutta HC: No Bar in CPC/ Arbitration Act for Accepting Immovable Property as Security - 22.03.2021

Calcutta High Court has held that there is no bar in the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 or under the Arbitration Act, 1996, in accepting immovable property as security for stay of decree.
