Kerala HC Declines Pre-Arrest to 18 Year Old Accused of Transmitting Morphed Content Online - 22.03.2021

Kerala High Court has declined pre-arrest bail to an 18-year-old accused of having morphed and transmitted the photographs of a family-friend over the internet in exchange for money, noting that such offences were on the rise, and granting of bail on the consideration of age, particularly pre-arrest bail, would send out a wrong message to wrongdoers.
