Allahabad HC Issues Notice on Plea Seeking Re-Allocation of Territorial Jurisdiction - 22.03.2021

Allahabad High Court has issued notice to the Awadh Bar Association on a Public Interest Litigation seeking re-allocation of territorial jurisdiction between the two benches of the High Court at Prayagraj and Lucknow. The Court has said that it would like the Association to express its views and address the Court on the issue.
