Chhattisgarh High Court Rejects Challenge Against Civil Judge (Entry Level) Exam, 2020 - 22.03.2021

Chhattisgarh High Court has dismissed a batch of 52 writ petitions challenging the Civil Judge (Entry Level) Examination, 2020 conducted by the State Public Service Commission, stating that the alleged procedural lapses in conducting the exam could not be said to have had a prejudicial effect on the candidates.
