Allahabad HC Takes Suo Moto Cognizance of Missing Children of Couple Imprisoned for 5 Years - 19.03.2021

Allahabad High Court has taken suo moto cognizance of the plight of a couple, released from imprisonment 5 years after battling a false charge of murder, only to find that their two children who were lodged at a Protection Home are missing. The Court has issued notice to the State Government, asking the Additional Government Advocate to file a response and the status report by the next date.
