Kerala HC: Demand Notice Need Not Disclose Nature of Transaction Leading to Issuance of Cheque - 19.03.2021

Kerala High Court has held that a demand notice under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881 need not disclose the nature of transaction leading to the issuance of cheque.
