Ministry of Law and Justice Increases Lifetime Monthly Payment of Retired Supreme Court Judges - 19.03.2021

Ministry of Law and Justice has notified an amendment to the Supreme Court Judges Rules 1959 to increase the lifetime monthly payment to the retired judges of the Supreme Court, including the Chief Justice of India from Rs. 25,000 per month to Rs. 75,000 per month.
