SC Issues Notice to Central Govt on Plea Seeking to Plug Existing Loopholes in GST System - 18.03.2021

Supreme Court has issued notices to the central government on a plea seeking to plug existing loopholes in the Goods and Services Tax system, which leave out entities such as Google, Amazon, Facebook, Netflix from the tax net, causing huge losses to the exchequer.
