Andhra Pradesh HC Dismisses Application of MLC G. Deepak Reddy for Ex Officio Membership - 18.03.2021

Andhra Pradesh High Court has dismissed the application of Member of Legislative Council, G. Deepak Reddy seeking ex officio membership in the Tadipatri municipality and exercise of his franchise in the election of the chairperson and vice-chairperson of the municipality on 18th March, 2021.
