Madras HC Asks Tamil Nadu Govt to Suspend Special DGP Charged with Sexual Harassment - 17.03.2021

Madras High Court has asked the Tamil Nadu State Government to suspend the Special Director General of Police who has been charged with sexual harassment of an IPS cadre woman officer. The Court has taken suo moto cognizance of alleged sexual harassment and has decided to monitor the investigation into the case itself.
