Delhi HC: Any Affected Party May Prefer Appeal Against Order Of Tribunal Under Senior Citizen Act - 17.03.2021

Delhi High Court has held that any person, affected by an order passed by a Maintenance Tribunal under the Maintenance and Welfare of Parents and Senior Citizen Act, 2007, is entitled to file an appeal before the Appellate Tribunal.
