SC: Accused Can be Summoned u/s 319 CrPC Even on Basis of Examination-In-Chief of Witness - 16.03.2021

Supreme Court has observed that an accused can be summoned under Section 319 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 on the basis of even examination-in-chief of the witness and the Court need not wait till his cross-examination.
