Delhi HC Put Stay Government Decision Regarding Scraping of Management Quota - 05.02.2016

Delhi High Court has issued a stay on Delhi Government’s order to abolish management quota in nursery admissions in private unaided schools, while observing that the order was prima facie without any authority.
