Calcutta HC: Only Erroneous Actions of RO Interfering with Election Process Amenable to Scrutiny - 15.03.2021

Calcutta High Court has ruled that only such erroneous actions of Returning Officer, which would have the effect of interfering in the free flow of the election process, are amenable to scrutiny under writ jurisdiction of Courts.
