Karnataka HC Dismisses Plea Seeking Arraignment of Munirathna in Alleged Fabrication of Bills - 15.03.2021

Karnataka High Court has dismissed a petition seeking direction to arraign Munirathna, MLA of Rajarajeshwarinagar, his wife, and a film producer as additional accused in a criminal case of 2014 on alleged fabrication of bills to appropriate public money to the tune of Rs. 120 crore of the Bruhat Bangalore Mahanagara Palike (BBMP) without doing any civil work.
