Karnataka HC Orders Conditional Release of Cash Seized in Connection with Corruption Case - 12.03.2021

Karnataka High Court has ordered conditional release of Rs 53.46 Lakhs cash seized from a private company and an individual during raids conducted by the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) in connection with a corruption case registered against Congress leader D.K. Shivakumar.
