Madras HC permits PIL in Allegations of Foul-Play Against Tangedco - 12.03.2021

Madras High Court has permitted a public interest litigant to file additional materials in support of allegations of foul play against the Tamil Nadu Generation and Distribution Corporation (Tangedco) in a Rs 1,330 crore worth tender notification for supply of 20 lakh tonnes of imported steam coal of any origin.
