Gujarat HC Issues Notice to SMC in Response to PIL Objecting Proposed Demolition of FOB - 09.03.2021

Gujarat High Court has issued notice to the Surat Municipal Corporation (SMC) in response to a public interest litigation (PIL) objecting to the proposed demolition of a foot over bridge (FOB) and demanding construction of a dozen more FOBs in the Diamond City.
