SC Rejects Woman’s Plea to Live with Husband 14 Years After Deserting Him - 09.03.2021

Supreme Court has rejected a woman’s plea to live with her husband 14 years after she deserted him and scotched reconciliation efforts by slapping false dowry harassment charges against him and his relatives, the two grounds on which the trial Court and the High Court had granted him divorce.
