Rajasthan HC Rejects PILs Against Gujjar Quota - 05.02.2016

Rajasthan HC has rejected two public interest litigations (PILs) on basis of which 5% quota in jobs and educational institutes granted to Special Backward Classes (SBC), including Gujjars, was stayed in 2013.
