Bombay HC Upholds Life Sentence to Vehicle Thief Who Killed Constable - 05.02.2016

Bombay HC, while observing that no exception can be made and conviction cannot be altered with lesser punishment, has upheld life sentence handed down to a vehicle thief who shot a police constable in 2002.
